Цитирането на източниците в текста трябва да бъде на езика, на който е ползван съответният източник.

Бележки под линия: Нанасят се автоматично с функция Footnote на текстообработващата програма на съответната страница след пунктуационния знак и представляват уточнения към текста. Ако има нужда да реферират към научно издание, то следват принципа на цитиране вътре в текста (Славейков 1980); (Said 1978); (Balta and Ölmez 2011: 43-69).

Архивните единици следва да се посочват под линия с функция Footnote на текстообработващата програма, а в края на текста да се обособят като „архивни източници“ след библиографията.

Кратките цитати се оформят с кавички, чиято употреба зависи от езика, на който е написан материалът. По-дългите цитати се оформят като отделен абзац с по един празен ред преди и след, 11 пункта.

Илюстрациите се предават в отделни файлове – JPG или TIF с резолюция поне 300 dpi.

В случай на графики и илюстрации с авторски права (снимки, чертежи, карти, таблици, графики и др.), трябва да се посочи източникът на материала; формата на потвърждението трябва да бъде съгласувана със собственика на материала (фотограф, график и пр.).

Цитираната литература се подразделя на „Библиография“ и „Архивни източници“. Библиографията се подрежда в азбучен ред по фамилия на автора .

Библиографските единици на кирилица се изписват първо на оригиналния език, след което в кръгли скоби се добавя техният транслитериран на латиница вариант.

Правилата за транслитерация на българска кирилица са в съответствие със Закона за транслитерация, утвърден през 2009 г. (Държавен вестник, бр. 19). На следния линк може да намерите и правилата за транслитерация на руска кирилица.

Bibliographic references in the text should be in the original language in which the given source was used.

Footnotes: Use the automatic function of “Word” to insert the footnotes in the article. The footnotes are placed after the punctuation mark. They are mainly employed to add clarifications to the main text. If the footnotes are utilized to make a reference to a scientific publication, they follow the principle of quoting within the main text, that is (Славейков 1980); (Said 1978); (Balta and Ölmez 2011: 43–69).

Archival units should also be given using the “Footnote function.” They have to be collected together at the end of the text under the section “Archival sources,” which is placed after the “Bibliography.”

Short quotations are put in quotation marks. The use of the latter depends on the language in which the cited source is written.

Longer quotations are formatted as separate paragraphs with one blank line before and after them.

Illustrations are submitted as separate files: JPG or TIF with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. In the case of using graphics, tables, maps, or pictures that are under copyright, the writer of the article has to indicate the sources. Moreover, he has to acquire a formal agreement from the author of the material (photographer, graphic artist, etc.) that allows him the usage of the illustrations.

The cited literature is divided into “BIBLIOGRAPHY” and “ARCHIVAL SOURCES.”

The bibliography is arranged alphabetically by author’s surname. The order is full family name followed by full name of the author.

Bibliographical entries in Cyrillic should be transliterated into Latin. At the following link, the guidelines for transliteration in Cyrillc could be found: transliteratsiya na bylgarska kirilitsa 2009, Darzhaven vstnik. Guidelines for Russian cyrillic, which follows the standard GOST 7.79-2000, can be checked here: transliteratsiya na ruska standart.
